LIST OF 42 OSG GROUP OF COMPANIES
In 1998, Kollam conference of FMRAI, the conclusion was that, neo-liberal restructuring of corporate supported by Government can not be stopped, but unified resistance by the working class movement, the process of restructuring can be slowed down. Bhopal GCM came into the conclusion that it was possible to begin the process of reversal of restructuring through continuous struggle and movement by the Sales Promotion Employees in the pharmaceuticals industry. The 23rd golden jubilee conference of FMRAI and Road Map, 2013 has directed us to have more focused approach to further advances through council and council related movements. Therefore the all India council sub committee has decided to emphasize the following areas to be taken care with utmost priorities.
· Expand existing councils and bring all Sales Promotion Employees irrespective of designation and division within council.
· Form new all India councils of the identified companies and explore opportunities in all other companies.
· Ensure formation of council sub-committees at the sub units, ensuring their regular functioning.
· To fight parasitism, opportunism, localism and make periodical review.
· To distance from unethical trading and oppose such practices collectively.

Background: - To organize the unorganized section in these 19 companies, expand councils and bring all SPEs irrespective of designation and division, particularly in multi divisional companies, within trade union practice. The SPEs of these companies must take lead roles in council related movements without remaining confined in their company only. |
