To the Central Government:-

• Immediate constitute Industrial tripartite committee for sales promotion employees with FMRAI as a constituent as per the decision of the tripartite meeting of 8th August 2017.
• Frame statutory code of marketing with punishment to stop corporate corruption in pharma sector.
• Statutory provisions and stringent action against Pharma corporate corruption
• Cap on drug prices. Minimum MRP on all essential drugs. No excise duty on essential drugs. Minimum excise duties on other drugs and revert to cost based system and stop present market based system.
• Statutory working rules for the sales promotion employees
• Include imprisonment for violation of SPE Act.
• Cap on drug prices. Minimum MRP on all essential drugs. No excise duty on essential drugs. Minimum excise duties on other drugs and revert to cost based system and stop present market based system.
• Enforce SPE Act to other remaining other 30 industries.
• Ensure all drug manufacturing through compulsory licensing.

To the State Governments:-

• Notify specific 8 hrs work for SPEs.
• Declare and enforce Rs.18000/- as minimum wages for SPEs.
• Ensure legal working right of the SPEs at hospitals & institutions
• Ensure strict enforcement of SPE Act, incase of non compliance, suspend sales promotion activities and prosecute the companies

To the Employers:-

• Issue appointment letters as per Form A of, Rule 22 (I), section 5 of SPE Act
• Constitute Grievance Committee as per ID (amended) Act 2010.
• Stop unethical and illegal sales and marketing practices
