MARCH To MUMBAI and HISTORIC RALLY ON 27TH DECEMBER, 2011
The pharmaceutical citadel, Mumbai will witness A HISTORIC RALLY ON 27TH DECEMBER, 2011, by thousands of field workers across the country; working in Maharashtra based pharmaceutical companies.
Thousands of field workers throughout the country working in Maharashtra based organized sector companies will MARCH TO MUMBAI to attend the Rally in persuasion of-
· Appointment letter in Form A to all SPEs.
· Suspension of illegal sales promotion activity of the companies , till legally amended appointment letters are given as per Form-A
· Grievance Committee for all as per amended I.D.Act
· No contractualization / casualization of sales promotion work, which is permanent and perennial in nature and regularization of the sales promotion employees presently working under contractors/ franchisees.
· Strict enforcement of SPE Act and other labour laws for SPEs and stringent measure for violation of the laws
